The breakfast is served in the restaurant, the units come with a balcony, and the location is great for exploring the area; we stayed for 7 nights and definitely plan to return.

It has a great bar and very amiable staff. The setting is excellent, it's close to many restaurants and shops. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Livadia: )

the restaurant was nice and the food was fabulous. our double room was neat with the incredible sunsets on, a balcony, for instance as advertised. the staff were amicable and helpful and the location was marvellous.

My room was modern thanks to the helpful staff. the location was great and fab, so close to the restaurant downstairs, the ferries and the beach, port, restaurants, & shopping and easily accessible. - Ancient pottery was just a short walk away from the hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Kirki Rooms By the Sea in Parikia, Paros. the staff was so helpful and made sure my room was modern and comfortable. the location was fantastic, being close to the restaurant downstairs, the ferries, and the beach. It was also convenient for exploring the port, restaurants, shopping, and even Ancient pottery, which was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Units with view. Could use climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. All the staff was amiable and helpful, solved my issues. The location was fab for Parikia, just off the restaurant downstairs, which is very popular and serves great food, the shop and the beach, port, restaurants, & shopping. Spent a nice evening at Apostolis Ouzeri, located close to the venue...

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the port and right on the beach. The hostess was friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The balcony was lovely with nice chairs and a great view. The shower had warm water and the air conditioning worked well. The cafe downstairs was fantastic with delicious food and a discount for guests.

My 7 nights in Parikia were comfortable. the rooms were beautiful and amazingly comfortable with a fridge and kettle. 3. the location was marvelous, with Parikia Town just a 10-15 minute walk away. 4. I really enjoyed that the venue was a 20-minute drive from the airport.

Absolutely stunning room with breathtaking sea views, thanks to a complimentary upgrade. The host went above and beyond by graciously picking us up late at night from the port. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the charming old town and beautiful Livadia beach. Countless restaurants and shops are nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and stylishly decorated, providing a modern and comfortable space to unwind. The small beach right opposite the hotel was a delightful spot to relax after a day of exploration. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall incredible experience. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem!

The room at Kirki Rooms By The Sea was cozy and comfortable with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The tile/marble floor gave it a stylish touch and the air conditioning made our stay pleasant. The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our vacation. Having an electric kettle in the room was convenient for making tea or coffee. The sea view from the twin/double room was breathtaking, adding an extra charm to our stay. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment when we wanted to relax and unwind. The room also had a sofa, adding a cozy and homey feel to the overall ambiance.

Personally, I found that the flat-screen TV could have been a bit larger for a more immersive experience.
